Kippy

Kippy came to us in a very disheveled and neglected state but it has not affected his sweet personality.

He once lived in a home but then was left tied outside all the time and forgotten about.

This type of living condition is not good for any dog but it is especially hard on more active breeds like Border Collie mixes. 

Kippy would greatly benefit from a home where he can share in outdoor activities with the family.

Mentally and physically challenging activities like hiking, agility training, running, fetch, frisbee etc., will help to keep him healthy. 

We are told that Kippy walks well on a leash and is crate trained but we can never guarantee these things.

It’s important that when he first arrives at your home, you take him outside frequently (and praise him when he relieves himself) to establish a routine for him in his new place.

Additionally, we have heard that Kippy does well with other dogs.   He is a happy fellow who just wants to please you.
