Smokey

Come sit a spell with Smokey.

He has a story to share with you.

It starts with a tiny kitten named Smokey who was the lone survivor of a stray litter.

Mighty, but tiny, he made his way to Briggs for care and was nursed back to health.

In what seemed like no time at all, he and a kitten friend were adopted into a home.

Smokey thought it was his forever home, but sadly many years later he got returned. (by no fault of his own)

For a sweet boy like this you would think his heart would be broken forever.

But, remember Smokey is mighty and now wise as well.

He knows his happily forever after is out there and it will be a family that never gives up.

After all, Smokey never will!

So, come in and sit a spell.  Get to know this dapper fellow with a heart of gold.

Give him a chin scratch and he will curl right into your hand with delight.
