Toby and Julie want to make you a part of their family.

And, Toby already knows his role as the big brother.

Toby and his sister Julie were just 6 months old when they first arrived at Briggs.

We could tell even back then that they were pretty attached to one another.

These siblings were adopted together, but they were recently returned due to no fault of their own.

After being back with us for a little while it is pretty clear to see that these two siblings are meant to stay together.

Toby provides a boost to Julie’s confidence, a playmate and even a snuggle buddy.

The comfort and love they provide to one another is simply on another level.

With all the changes they have been through the one thing they could count on was each other.
