I am on a mission to get healthy and live a long life with you!

Let’s start with some walks around the neighborhood every day to get our steps in. 

Then some healthy meals with some low calorie fillers like green beans and more!

I love a good car ride and we can end up at some new trails to sniff.  

We can pass on the puppuccino on the way back for now. 

But, a few apple slices (without the core) and even a little plain air-popped popcorn for rewards will do! 

I have been around kids, dogs, cats, birds, bunnies and more, so I’m probably up for whatever you have in store. 

So, hurry on in for me today! We’ve got miles to traverse and memories to make together!
