Chloe is a lot of love in a little package.

This endearing girl was found as a stray and eventually brought to Briggs for care.

Chloe enjoys lounging by the windows watching all the birds go by and soaking up the sunshine.

They say the eyes are the windows to the soul and you can certainly see the love inside this little purr machine.

Chloe just knows her dream of a cozy home of her own and a human to love will come true.

She is not going to give up…not ever.
