Tails on Trails is a 5K & 10K walk/run held at the beautiful State Arboretum of Virginia, located at Blandy Experimental Farm in Boyce, VA. Enjoy a fun-filled day while supporting Spay Today. A program of The National Humane Education Society, Spay Today serves as a tangible example of spaying and neutering as part of the humane solution to ending the overpopulation of homeless animals. Providing more than 4,000 reduced-cost spay/neuter procedures each year, Spay Today is a service that is supported through the generosity of people like you.
Walk or run by yourself or bring along your dog to join the fun! Participants receive an event t-shirt, water, coffee, and snacks. Door prizes will be awarded throughout the day.
The race will be held at 11 a.m. at Blandy Farm located at 400 Blandy Farm Lane in Boyce, VA. Check-in begins at 10 a.m.
This USATF Certified 5K Course is a trail that runs through the beautiful State Arboretum of Virginia. Parking is available in the visitor lot. This event will be hand-timed for participants who wish to be timed. Race bibs will be available for pick up on the race day.
