Matisse is a very shy boy who is definitely gentle and sweet.

As we've gotten to know Matisse a little more and have shown him, we see that he is quite introverted and needs more confidence building.

Matisse would do best in a home with another dog who can help bring him out of his shell and let him know that everything is OK.

He also needs to be in a home where the individual(s) have dealt with an introverted dog and are aware of the type of things which can happen if he is scared by any noise, etc. A good fenced yard is best for this type of dog as well.

With a little time and patience, once Matisse's confidence is built up more and he is comfortable in his home, he will begin to relax and play.
