Peyton is a very happy “special needs” little guy.
He has been diagnosed with "Addison's disease" which is also called hypoadrenocorticism, or adrenal insufficiency.
The symptoms with Addison's disease are also common in many other ailments, which can make diagnosis difficult and often a process of elimination. But once Addison's is correctly diagnosed, a properly treated dog can live a normal active life after being stabilized on a specific dosage of the proper medication.

The good news is that we have already gone through the process of diagnosing Addisons in Peyton and he is stablized and doing very well on his medication.
Peyton is still a youngster and loves to play in the yard with the other dogs. He also enjoys hugs with his human companions!
Peyton's medication currently costs approximately $23.00 a month. He will need check-ups with your veterinarian periodically to make sure the medication dosage remains in the proper range to handle his condition.
If you or someone you know would like to meet Peyton, contact us and we'll arrange for you to come in and see this little guy.
At that time, we can also explain more about the type of medication Peyton is on and what is required to keep his condition stable so he'll continue to be a healthy and happy little boy.
